Elite Green Team Chem-Dry carpet cleaning reviews!“Matthew came to our home today and did an excellent job cleaning our carpet, stairs, and a kitchen runner. He applied a pet urine remover, as well as a coffee stain remover to a certain area, and all look spotless! Matthew also noticed that our dryer vent was clogged with lint and quickly cleaned it out for us. Thank you to Matthew and Maxine, owners of this company! Will never use anyone else again. 5 stars!”
“If you own a cane corso. You know. You already know. Not only did Matt get my stairs looking brand new, but the bedroom where the dog decided to start marking smells feels and looks amazing! “I had a problem. Elite Green Team Chem-Dry had a solution. I own a large rug that I love, but recently due to mobility issues I needed to store it. I went online to figure out how to go about this. First, I needed to clean it and make sure it was completely dried. I started calling different carpet cleaning/rug cleaning companies. I felt lucky if I was able to speak with a person. Then, I felt let down, as the only thing the person on the phone would tell me is “We will send someone out.” I was so frustrated. I had questions. I didn’t want to just have someone show up. I was so excited to talk and text with Maxine. She answered my questions to the best of her ability, and if she wasn’t sure, she tracked down the information for me. Matthew came and picked up my rug, and gave me some suggestions on how to take care of my rug while in storage. My rug was returned; cleaned, dried, moth repellant applied, and wrapped for storage. Chance brought the rug, and then he cleaned the upholstery in my living room. This team works hard, does a good job, and cares about their customers.”

“I have used these guys twice now for cleaning my large shag rug. The rug is very thick/dense shag so a lot of carpet cleaning companies cannot clean it. The rug has pet odor and urine, thanks to my recently slightly Incontinent chocolate lab. So after a about 6-9 months it starts to smell like dog pee. Ugh. They have gotten the smell out and cleaned the rug and there is no lingering chemical smell!! I tried their protect treatment this time to try and prevent the pee drips from soaking in. The crew is always on time, knowledgeable, nice and professional as is the front office staff. You should absolutely try them!”

“Our house flooded in Harvey. We had recently installed dark wood look tile floors with black grout. After the flood the black grout which is really important for the “wood look” was white with sheetrock dust, paint, insulation and every other imaginable construction debris.
